We left Surin from Bangkok at 8pm and arrived in Surin at 3am. Took a rest at a nearby resort and head towards our first temple in Surin - Wat Su San Tung Mon. If you would like to pay respect to LP Hong, this is the temple to go.
Currently there is a law suit against Wat Su San Tung Mo from Wat Phetchaburi. What I understand from the locals was that Wat Su San Tung Mo was the temple that took care of LP Hong and before LP Hong passed away he will all his possession and amulets to Wat Su San Tung Mo.
That's why you will see the amulet shop closed here when you go to Wat Su San Tung Mo. Everything will be locked away till the lawsuit ends.
