Bangkok - Wat Chinorasaram

The construction of the temple goes on Krom Phra Somdej Paramanujit Jinoros (Prince Wasukri), a son of King Phra Phutthayotfa Chulaloke (Rama I) , later the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand monk back.

King Mongkut (Rama IV.) who restored the temple and commissioned artist with the creation of pictures and sculpture of the Nagas, the mythical snake. It shows itself in many places in the temple to commemorate the former name of the monk: Prince Wasukri. He had also make a crown that is behind the main image of the Buddha to Buddha.

The temple was under renovation when I was there; will update when I go back again
